Nuad Boran is often called Thai Yoga Massage, it has deep roots with Yoga. A lot of stretching positions are passive yoga positions or also called the asanas. Yoga is a perfect way to keep your body core strong, your muscles lean and strong and works on your breathing (pranayama).

Chan Thai's teachers have been practising all different forms of yoga: Sivananda, Ashtanga or Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga.

For every person who is interested in guidance or more information about yoga ask our therapist.

We propose one-to-one and small group Yoga Classes. We learn you the basics of the Yoga Asanas, The Sun Salutation, Pranayama and Meditation.
